Feedback and complaints

We want to hear what we're doing well and where we can do better. Raising a concern will never affect the support you receive.

How to raise a concern

  1. Talk to your therapist

Many concerns can be sorted out quickly with the clinician you see. You're also welcome to ask for a different therapist.

  2. Contact us directly

Email admin@vitalmotion.com.au, call (02) 8790 0755 or use our contact form. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 21 days, keeping you informed along the way. You can have a family member, advocate or support person involved at any stage.

  3. Contact an independent body

If you're not satisfied with our response, NDIS participants can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au. Concerns about an individual registered practitioner can be raised with Ahpra at ahpra.gov.au. Health service complaints in NSW can also go to the Health Care Complaints Commission at hccc.nsw.gov.au.

Advocacy support

You have the right to an independent advocate. The Disability Advocacy Network Australia can connect you with a local advocate at dana.org.au, or you can call the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline on 1800 880 052.

We can also arrange an interpreter for any feedback or complaint conversation.
