NDIS and funding

Is Vital Motion a registered NDIS provider?

Yes, registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Which plan management types do you accept?

Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed.

Which part of my plan funds therapy?

Usually Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. Behaviour support is typically Improved Relationships, and equipment or home modifications come from your Capital budget.

How much do sessions cost?

NDIS sessions are billed at the current NDIS price limits with no gap fees. Travel and reports are charged according to the Pricing Arrangements and explained up front.

Can you help if I'm not on the NDIS yet?

Yes. Our occupational therapists can assess your functional capacity and prepare evidence for an access request. See our NDIS application page.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least two business days' notice. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Sessions and what to expect

What happens at the first appointment?

We talk through your goals, history and plan, complete an initial assessment and agree a program. You'll leave knowing what happens next and when.

Can sessions happen at school or daycare?

Yes, with the school's agreement. We regularly visit schools and early learning centres across Western Sydney.

Can my support worker or family join?

Yes, and we encourage it. Strategies work best when the people around you know them.

Do you offer interpreters?

Yes. Tell us your preferred language and we'll arrange an interpreter for sessions and meetings.

How do you keep my information private?

We only collect what's needed to deliver your supports and share it only with your consent or as the law requires. See our privacy policy.

Ready to take the next step?
